Perfect ski slopes the whole winter long

The Großarl ski region offers 17 state-of-the-art ski lift facilities and more than 80 kilometers of excellent groomed ski slopes. Großarl guarantees snow from December to April! We are part of Ski Amadé. Named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ski Amadé is a network of 28 ski areas and towns which make up the second largest ski area in Europe.

Skikeriki Großarl

You can register for an early morning ski run – enjoy the morning sun and experience the piece and quiet of the slopes at the start of the day. Afterwards a breakfast at the Laireiteralm will be waiting for you. Registration forms are available at the tourism association.

Funpark

Our funpark is 300 meters long and is a popular attraction for snowboarders, skicrossers and freestylers.

Extensive cross-country ski area

Our cross-country ski resort offers you an extensive network of trails over 25 kilometers of snowy wilderness stretching from Großarl via Hüttschlag to the end of the Großarl valley.

Snowshoeing

The hiking trails of Großarl are not only popular in the summer but also in the winter. Snowshoeing is a popular sport affording great outdoor fun, low impact exercise and it is a wonderful way to experience the region of the Großarltal.
